TRIP SESSION 104/105

THE TRIP AT MILK, READING WITH VINTAGE VINYL SESSION 104/105. LISTEN TO THE RECORDING ON MIXCLOUD-JIM B. DONOVAN. PLAYLISTS AT www, jimz.biz THE NEXT SESSION IS ON DECEMBER 21 st., OUR XMAS SPECIAL….

Notice that the numbering here covers two sessions!, because that’s what this evening at MILK, READING, turned into. There was no quiet first few hours, as
the bar was packed when I kicked off at 6.30 and continued to midnight, so it felt like by 9.00 ish I had already undertaken a full night, and then I just “started again” It just shows to expect the unexpected! If you look at the photos on my face book page-Jim B. Donovan-you can see attendees going through my tunes and pulling out requests, which is a lovely way to share the music. This was the first session for a few months that returned the trip musically to a bit of a “mix up” musically, as the last few sessions concentrated on “genres” like Halloween or funk and soul. I have quite a few sessions to do before the new year so keep an ear out if I manage to get them recorded and uploaded. Regards-Jim
