CLUB RUDE WITH VINTAGE VINYL, PLAYLIST FOR THE SESSION ON 21st APRIL 2011. MORE PLAYLISTS at www.jimz.biz
The next session is on May 19th at The Queens Arms,
Great Knollys St., READING, RG1 7HH.
Hey another fine session which ran from 7.00 through until midnight, with a fairly full house and the “garden” open. Smiler was away doing a little work overseas for Mr. Bridger, so Ian stepped in and played a couple of very fine sets. Dan, Keith and Jim filled out the rest of the evening, and approx. two thirds of the tunes were written down and appear below. Thanks to everyone who turned out for the Exhibition Launch party at the 3 B’s, and just a reminder that Chris Farlowe is in town at the Hexagon on Friday May 13th, with the Solid Silver 60’s Show, and on Friday May 20th, the party continues at the 3 B’s, together with Paolo Hewitt in conversation about female 60’s Mods, in the Waterhouse Chamber at the Town Hall. It’s a mod mod mod world, bcnu-Jim
