TRIP 29/09/12

THE TRIP WITH VINTAGE VINYL-SESSION 91 AT MILK, READING ON 29/9/12, PLAYLIST, WITH Jim. NEXT SESSION THE ANNUAL HALLOWEEN BASH ON SATURDAY OCTOBER 27th, WITH TRACKS and GROOVES TWO NIGHTS BEFORE. MORE PLAYLISTS AT www.jimz.biz  - click on jimz playlists and then the TRIP………………..
After last months rather quiet bank holiday session, this one was totally the opposite, with hardly any room for me to swing a seven inch! The “plot” was to play a little more Andy Williams than usual!, and pay tribute also to Frank Wilson and Herbert Lom, most of which, for once, happened.
The next session is one I really love, our “spooky” Halloween night, with super 8 horror films, “terrible vinyl”, and a little fancy dress hopefully. BCNU, then hopefully-Count Jimula.
COLDCUT---AUTUMN LEAVES, always start the september session with this.
LAVERN BAKER---NOBODY KNOWS THE TROUBLE I’VE SEEN, just getting into my quiet start mode, when I was asked for some big band jazz!, so I  turntabled this and the next one.
